Rainforest Realty wins the award~~ BEST Real Estate Agency in BELIZE !

After months of economic uncertainty and headlines predicting doom and gloom, a select number of property professionals from across the Americas now have true cause for celebration. Almost 200 people gathered as the results of the Americas Property Awards in association with the New York Times were revealed at a glittering gala dinner held at the Ritz Carlton in Orlando on Friday evening (November 7th,).

Today, perhaps more than ever before, estate agents, developers and others involved in the property business must have an inbuilt desire to excel above all others in order to succeed in an increasingly competitive industry.

Rainforest Realty is delighted to announce that it has won an award in the category of Best Real Estate Agency in Belize AND a 5 Star rating.

There were 21 different categories in total and up to two of the most outstanding entries in each category were given a four-star award, while the best overall entry achieved a five-star. Every five-star winner’s entry was then re-examined to determine who was to go forwards for the ultimate World’s Best Awards. These outstanding international accolades were also announced at the presentation dinner in Florida on the same night.

Having been given this high recommendation, winning companies are now entitled to display the Americas Property Awards’ logo with pride. This symbol of excellence is recognised and appreciated by the public who are becoming ever better informed and even more discerning about the properties they seek to buy.

Entries were judged by a panel of independent professionals, chaired by Eric Pickles, British Shadow Secretary of State, and whose collective knowledge of the property industry is unsurpassed by any other property awards.
